Whoopi Goldberg threw a figurative flag on the play when she tossed her cue cards down to the Hot Topics table during a spirited chat about sports on *The View*.

During a lively Tuesday morning discussion about... what else... *pickleball*, Goldberg grew visibly frustrated after her cohosts interrupted her six times at the end of the discussion, enough so that she threw her cards in comical exasperation.

"I feel attacked here," Ana Navarro cut in during the ongoing conversation about sports, after Goldberg kicked off a new talking point about whether or not pickleball is a serious sport.**

Goldberg attempted to make another point as conservative panelist Alyssa Farah Griffin maintained that "it's harder than it looks."

The EGOT winner again tried to move on with her words, before Navarro, Sara Haines, Sunny Hostin, and Griffin each interrupted her at one point or another, bringing the total up to six interruptions in the exchange.****"But, I say to you people..." Navarro said, trying to speak once again, though Goldberg immediately shut her down this time.

"Listen, hush up! Let me finish so I can close the thing up!" Goldberg said, smiling as she threw her cue cards down on the Hot Topics table while another cohost (unclear, given the camera angle) leaned over to ring Goldberg's iconic bell that used to get plenty of airtime during the contentious Meghan McCain era of the talk show.

Sensing a disturbance in the room, Navarro laughed as she predicted the moment would make "headlines tomorrow," and, you know what, she was right!

Goldberg and Haines made similar headlines earlier this year, after they engaged in a slapping match live on the air. "We do have to talk to you about keeping your hands to yourself in general," producer Brian Teta later warned Haines on the show's *Behind the Table* podcast.

The moment came after the cohosts had a multi-segment interview with Dr. Jill Biden, who visited the show to promote her book, *View from the East Wing*, and offer a health update on her husband's condition.

During the three-part interview, the former first lady admitted that she doesn't think her spouse, President Joe Biden, would've been fit to hold a second term in office through to age 86 after he was diagnosed with stage IV prostate cancer.
