Schmigadoon! has made the jump from the small screen to the big stage, and PEOPLE has an exclusive first look.
Ahead of its Broadway opening night on Monday, April 20, the musical adaptation of the hit Apple TV series has released its first official production photos, offering a vibrant look at the whimsical world awaiting audiences at the Nederlander Theatre.
The images, snapped by Matthew Murphy and Evan Zimmerman, capture the full company in a technicolor dreamscape: a storybook village framed by lush greenery and cascading wisteria, with pastel houses, a gazebo centerpiece and a bright blue sky backdrop that feels pulled straight from a Golden Age musical.

Decked in period-inspired costumes — from gingham dresses to tailored suits — the cast strikes theatrical poses that hint at the show's playful tone, blending classic Broadway aesthetics with a wink of self-awareness.
The production’s design team includes scenic designer Scott Pask and costume designer Linda Cho, whose work helps shape the show’s stylized, musical-comedy world.

Front and center are stars Alex Brightman and Sara Chase as Josh Skinner and Melissa Gimble, the modern-day couple who find themselves trapped in the magical town where life unfolds entirely in song.
The musical follows the pair as they try to escape the titular town. But there's a catch: the only way out is to find true love, a challenge that quickly complicates their already strained relationship.
