In a November 2025 interview with PEOPLE, Blige revealed she "can't really pick" her favorite song to perform live. "They're all bangers. Every last one of them," she said at the time.
However, the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul found a new love for one particular hit during last year's For My Fans Tour. "I hadn't performed 'Be Without You' in a long time, though, so that was fun to perform with the audience," she added. They're singing damn near every note. I don't really even have to sing that."

Blige also spoke about how her fans consistently yell "Go, Mary!" at her concerts when she busts one of her signature dance moves on stage.
"Any time I begin to dance, they say, 'Go, Mary.' No matter what it is, they're like, 'Go, Mary.' And it's never just one of the signature moves, it's all the moves," she explained. "So they just love to see me dance because they know I'm not going to do the normal stuff."
The "Family Affair" performer continued, "I'm going to do what I want to do, and that's it. They just love it. They just love to see me dance."
